New language setting for “Winweigh Bio Plus” [+]The programs for master data and weighing have been extended by the language selection /BIO. By defining the region setting of the Windows operating system to German (Luxembourg) or using the /BIO entry as command line, the following master data are renamed:

“Creditor ID” in the attachment data [+/L].

Within the asset data, the creditor identification number can now be entered per asset. It is essentially for use in the SEPA direct debit scheme.

Search dialog within master data tables unified [+/L].

The search dialog (QSD – Quick Search Dialog) known via the “magnifying glass” icon can now be accessed in all master data tables via the F4 key. Furthermore, it is now possible to search incrementally within the columns of the search dialog. At the same time the list is sorted by the search column. Thus, the entry is selected by direct input and subsequent Enter key. The usual start of the search with F3 can be omitted; however, it is still available for a more detailed search.

Search dialog adapted to unknown language setting [+/L].

If the language in the country settings is unknown (e.g. LUXEMBOURG), the search is now performed without defining the country language (COLLATE LU_LU)

Selection behavior improved [+/L]

A selected record in the table overview can now also be displayed by pressing the Enter key. Thus, for the display of the detailed view of a data set, the double-click with the mouse, the Enter key, as well as the selection of the “Detail” tab are available.

Addresses: unknown postal code is entered automatically [+/L].

When a new address is created, the postal code and the entered city are automatically entered into the table of postal codes with the corresponding country code, if this data does not already exist in this table. Thus, when this zip code is entered again, the city is immediately available.

Orders: Jump labels added to the referring master data [+].

Within the detail view of an order, so-called jump labels (speed buttons) have been added to the windows of customer, forwarder, other, construction site and delivery location. The cumbersome calling up of the individual tables in case of possible changes to data records is thus a thing of the past.

Orders: New key “Order processed” [+].

An order is marked as processed when the specified target quantity of all order items has been reached. In order to enable the user to mark a job as processed, here is the new button.

Lookup groups now also extensively in the filter [+/L].

In the master data for material, customers/forwarding agents, delivery locations/origins, eANV, it is now also possible to filter according to the group used there (e.g. in material according to material group) using the familiar function F3 (filter function).

Customers: Filter extended by payment type [+]

The F3 filter function has been extended to include selection by payment type. The filtering of customers by e.g. direct debit is now possible without much effort.

eANV: Behavior of “BGS Done” changed [+]

Within the table for display of consignment notes/transfer bills the button for “BGS Done” is now only active if a record (consignment note/transfer bill) is selected.

eANV: Double-click on Verification (EN) led to an error. [+]

In rare situations that do not occur in practice, double-clicking on an itemization (EN) resulted in an error message, which has been fixed.

Price lists: now also with search dialog [+/L].

Within the table overview, a search dialog “Find price list” has been added to the price lists.

Price lists: color display [+/L]

The table overview in the price lists has been revised in color. Thus, the current price list – i.e. basic price list – is now provided with a light green color change. The setting of the current price list is done in the Master data – System – Client parameters. The older ones of price lists with the same name – meaning the older date within the indication “Valid from” – are provided with a light gray color change. This should make it easier for the user to find his way around the price list table. Depending on the document date, these price lists are of course still valid.

Invoice: material price greater than thousand could not be changed [+].

The material price per delivery item could not be changed via the “Change material price” function within the invoice items of an invoice if the previous price was displayed with a thousands separator. Fixed.

Invoice: New function: “Export to DATEV XML interface online” [+].

Although not yet provided with an official release, it is nevertheless already possible to initiate a FiBu export directly via the Invoice module.

Orders: Behavior of the weighing pattern revised [+/].

When selecting an order with multiple weighing patterns, the height of the selection range was not reset. Fixed.

Refresh buttons in weighing mask and yard list [+/L].

Another action key “Refresh” can now be assigned to the weighing pattern. There is also a new “Refresh” button in the Open Receipts / Farm List table.

New creation of a vehicle now also with vehicle type [+/L].

When a new master vehicle is created in the vehicle pool, the vehicle type is now also queried for the storage of the new license plate. The selection of the vehicle type is based on the stored entries for the vehicle type group within the “Lookup” table; to be found under Master data – System – Customizing – Lookup.

Assign current weight to master vehicle [+/L].

Via a new function “Insert current weight as stored tare” within the vehicle record, the current weight of the scale can be assigned to the selected master vehicle as a stored tare by clicking the right mouse button on the “Insert data record” button. The tare saved in this way can be used with a new selection of the master vehicle.

Transport/remuneration only with order license [+].

The Transport/Compensation tab is now only displayed if at least one order license is available.

Error at “Not signed BGS” fixed [+]

When switching to the “Unsigned BGS” tab, an error message occurred if the consignment bill layer was not entered. This situation could occur if after an update the “BGSLayer” was not yet aligned with the portal.

Receipts: New filter “Direction of goods” [+/L].

For document filtering, the option of filtering by goods direction is now also available.

Vehicle clod: Order counter taken into account [+].

When “Orders” was displayed, the counter was not taken into account. Fixed.

Vehicle clod: Display improved when scaling [+/L].

Scaling above 100% was not applied correctly for manual tare and actual values. Fixed.

Behavior of list boxes revised [+/L].

If the Cancel key (usually F12) was pressed with an expanded / opened list box (e.g. delivery type), the selection list remained. Fixed.

Customer input revised [+/L]

The direct entry of customer abbreviations in the customer record was possible without defining the record as a customer (actual customer) within the master data. Fixed.

Construction site input revised [+/L].

The direct input of construction site abbreviations in the construction site slab was possible, although the construction site was marked as locked within the master data. Fixed.

New “Weighing statistics” function [+/L].

In the table of receipts it is now possible to quickly call up weighing statistics. The amount of data depends on the filtering of the documents. Restrictions / set filters within the table (per column) are not taken into account.

New “URLCall” function [+]

In the configuration settings of the weighing (weighing.ini), a URL can now be specified – similar to the recall function – which is available as a button in the upper area. The special feature: the url can be passed a key, which is read out via an SQL statement. Thus, it is conceivable to “access” assigned data records directly via this link in higher-level systems / web applications.

Scaling for actual value display improved [+/L].

The font for the weight display(s) has been changed so that scaling greater than 100% does not result in a “jagged” display of the actual value. So also performed for the name of the weighing pattern.
