Since version 4.0.0.100 there is the program variant Winweigh Light. The development of both variants runs in parallel. Improvements may affect Winweigh Plus only, Winweigh Light only, or both. To distinguish the respective variant, a marking was introduced at the end of each novelty:
- [+/L] – concerns both variants
- [+] – concerns Winweigh Plus only
- [L] – concerns only Winweigh Light

- Spanish” was added to the program as a new language. New command line parameter for this is /spanish.

- For better evaluation, the tare history in the vehicle master also receives an entry of the tare date when the hand tare is entered. Thus, this can be better evaluated statistically.
