New client parameter for generating customer price lists depending on the basic price list [+].

The new client parameter “Customer prices by difference” makes it possible to create or adjust the prices assigned to the customers within a price list defined as a basic price list, taking into account a price difference stored there. If the assigned price list for the customer has an older validity date, a new price list with the same name (for this customer) will be created.

A short note can now be stored for each price list item. Furthermore, the possibility of entering a price difference has been created in order to ensure the above / new function.

Display of the AVV-No. and designation within price list item [+]

In addition to the information on the material, the information on the possibly stored AVV is now also displayed; this can be displayed by moving the table border to the right. The search dialog has been extended to include the waste code number.

Input of packing tare revised [+/L].

The input of the packing tare was also entered as “kg” with weight display unit in “t”, so that one decimal place was lost with tonnage display. The input is now made according to the weight display unit. However, the display is made with 4 decimal places.

New fields in price list item [+/L].

The new fields for price difference and note are now part of the input option.

New function “Create customer price lists” [+]

By activating the above client parameter “Customer prices by difference” it is now possible – starting from the basic price list – to adjust to customer prices.

Window layout improved [+/L]

The menu function “Side by side” has been revised. In this context, the window partitioning function has been extended to include “Under each other”.

Invoice: own invoice by negative / positive amount [+/L].

The billing run now splits documents whose delivery items contain positive as well as negative prices. The original is canceled. With this extension, the accounting is also done according to positive / negative transactions.

Display of packing tare improved [+/L].

The tare input of a package is now based on the weight unit set in the system parameters. If this is set to “t”, 4 decimal places are displayed for entry. Assignment of values – related to selected cells is possible.

Assign order within occupancy table corrected [+].

The function “Assign order” within the occupancy table only considered attachment 1. Fixed.

Allocation function extended [+]

The allocation function now takes the order item into account when it is entered in the delivery item, so that pricing for the selected order can also be carried out here. Furthermore, the price determination is now applied to all new split delivery items.

Logging extended [+]

The log file can now be backed up per day. Logging has been extended to include information from the automatic mode.

Display of packaging tare improved [+/L].

The packing tare is now displayed with 4 decimal places when the weight unit is set to “t”.
