Omission of the Ü mark in accordance with the Alkali Directive
on delivery bills
With effect of the judgment C-100/13 of the ECJ as of 16.10.2016, the Ü mark for EN 12620 – Aggregates for concrete according to the alkali guideline of the DAfStb on the delivery bills / weighing receipts is no longer applicable. Nevertheless, it is still necessary to indicate the alkali immunity of aggregates on the documents.
- Remaining stocks of preprinted forms may continue to be used / Make the Ü mark ineffective as far as possible in the process
- Identification number of the notif. certification body (ÜG 013) continue to be printed.
