The offer module corresponds in structure and function to the order management module. A created offer can be led to an order. Price agreements are thus transferred to an order with the order confirmation of the quotation and are immediately available for processing.

The agreements made, such as invoice recipient / address, payment conditions, graduated prices, freight prices, etc. will be taken into account until invoicing.

The following functions are particularly noteworthy:

• Offers can be sent by e-mail (as PDF)
• Quotations can be converted to an order at the touch of a button
• Offers are stored chronologically; changes made remain traceable.
• Quotations can be set to resubmission.
